Standard Shipping

We offer a $10 flat rate shipping within Australia for orders up to $150 (excludes bulky items and remote locations).

Express Shipping

Express shipping is $25 (excludes bulky items and remote locations).

Free Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above $150 made in the one transaction within most of Australia (excluding bulky items and remote locations).

Heavy/Bulky Shipping

Heavy/Bulky shipping is required on items such as doormats, lamps and beach umbrellas. It may also be payable on other bulky items and will be calculated separately. Please check product page notes carefully for details of additional shipping on heavy/bulky/fragile items. We can also quote for shipping to remote locations not covered by our Standard/Express/Free Shipping rules.

Art

Artworks require additional packaging and care when sending.

Smaller artworks will usually incur a heavy/bulky shipping charge of $25.

Some artworks up to a certain size can be shipped with Australia Post. Larger works will need to be sent by courier using our artwork shipping partner, Pack N Send. For all large artworks please use the button on the specific artwork page to request a shipping quote. Please provide your full address, including postcode and we will be in touch with a quote.

New Zealand

We offer $25 flat rate shipping to New Zealand on a select range of products. We do not ship large, heavy, bulky or fragile items to New Zealand. If you check out with an item that we do not ship to New Zealand we will refund your order.

Timeframe

Orders placed on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

You will be issued with a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. 

RETURNS

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY  

  • We are happy to accept returns on full priced items if the item is faulty or does not fit correctly, within 14 days of delivery, for a credit note, exchange or refund.
  • To be eligible for refund, items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging with original tags, unworn, unwashed and in new condition.
  • Earrings, socks and underwear cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
  • Gift vouchers, clearance items and sale items are not eligible for credit note, exchange or refund unless faulty.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
  • We require the customer to send returned items with parcel tracking. We will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced returns.
  • Returns requests will be approved and accepted at our team’s sole discretion.

Exchange Procedure

  • If you would like to return your item online, please make a request via the Returns Portal within 14 days of purchase.

Refund Procedure

  • We will notify you once the return has been received, inspected and approved. Once approved, the refund will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to clear.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not comply with the terms of this policy.

Australian Consumer Law

  • You are entitled to a refund or replacement of any item if it fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Consumer guarantees apply to items that are:
    • Unsafe,
    • are defective or of unacceptable quality,
    • not matching the description or sample, or
    • not fit-for-purpose.
  • Eligibility for a refund or replacement differs on a case-by-case basis.
  • If you believe you have the right to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law, please write to us at info@bungalowtradingco.com.au with details of the claim.

INSTORE PURCHASES RETURNS POLICY

  • We do not offer returns for change of mind items purchased in-store. We encourage customers to try on clothing items and shoes in-store prior to purchasing, as we will not offer a refund for an item not fitting or suiting.
  • At our team’s discretion, we may offer a credit note or exchange for a change of mind return within 14 days of purchase if the item complies with the terms of this policy.
  • To be eligible for refund, items must be in their original condition meaning with original tags, unworn, unwashed, unused, in a new condition and accompanied with your store receipt.
  • Gifts cannot be returned without a gift receipt or proof of purchase (for example on a customer’s store account).
  • Gift vouchers, clearance items, sale items, earrings, socks and underwear are not eligible for credit note, exchange or refund unless faulty.
  • You are entitled to a refund or replacement of any item if it fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply to items that are:
