Daily Affirmation Cards

It is easy to get transported by the agenda of the day, rushing from one thing to the next. Inserting this little ritual of taking a card allows us to create a moment to be mindful of what’s going on in our busy minds, and maybe reset our energy.
These affirmations help us ground, pause and reflect so we can then carry on with our day fueled by some inspiring words. You can use these cards at any time of the day. Just spread the deck in front of you and select one of the cards.
