Note: All resin colours are mixed and poured by hand. As a result, each piece is one of a kind and will include inevitable variations in its colour, swirl pattern and opacity. This is part of its beauty and is not a fault of the product. All resin pieces are food-safe and pass required testing, but they do not like heat and should be used to serve cold or room-temperature foods and liquids only. They can be cleaned using warm water or polished with a soft cloth and cooking oil, but are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

• Returns accepted on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery if faulty or incorrect fit
• Eligible returns may receive a credit note, exchange, or refund
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags and original packaging
• Not eligible for return: earrings, socks, underwear, gift vouchers, clearance, or sale items (unless faulty)
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
• Customers must use tracked postage for all returns — we are not responsible for lost parcels
