Each BAHIA basket is handcrafted in Mexico by inmates participating in a rehabilitation workshop. This initiative provides practical skills, fair work conditions and a path towards reintegration.

Made from recycled plastic and woven by hand in approximately four hours, every basket reflects a strong cultural heritage, environmental responsibility and meaningful craftsmanship.

• Returns accepted on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery if faulty or incorrect fit
• Eligible returns may receive a credit note, exchange, or refund
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags and original packaging
• Not eligible for return: earrings, socks, underwear, gift vouchers, clearance, or sale items (unless faulty)
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
• Customers must use tracked postage for all returns — we are not responsible for lost parcels
