We recommend showing our glassware the love they deserve and wash them by hand but they are dishwasher safe.
Each Wave Coupe is handmade for Fazeek which means there can be beautiful little quirks with in the glass which is part of the beauty of handmade glass which we know you will love as much as we do.

- Eligible returns may receive a credit note, exchange, or refund
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags and original packaging
- Not eligible for return: earrings, socks, underwear, gift vouchers, clearance, or sale items (unless faulty)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
- Customers must use tracked postage for all returns — we are not responsible for lost parcels
